Buyer’s Responsibilities

Provide Name, Address, PAN, Client Master List (CML) copy, Bank Details, and UTR number.
Ensure the transaction complies with your income, net worth, and risk profile.
Understand the risks, including credit, liquidity, and capital risks.
Avoid relying on guarantees or assurances of fixed returns.
If an NRI, transfer funds through a Non-Resident Ordinary (NRO) account only.

Seller’s Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth transfer of shares to the Buyer’s DEMAT account.
Refund amounts for unavailable inventory, without penalty or interest.
Reserve the right to cancel deals during high market volatility.

Transaction Terms

Third-party transactions are prohibited.
Section 194Q does not apply; compliance with Section 206(c) is required.
Buyers assume all risks, including IPO price drops and lock-in periods.
Seller is not liable for losses due to Buyer’s reliance on representations.

General Provisions

The Seller is a transactional platform, not a stock exchange or advisory firm.
Buyers must confirm receipt of shares within 48 hours. The Seller holds no liability thereafter.
Buyers indemnify the Seller against any losses, claims, or liabilities from the transaction.
